Your Job — 3 Steps
1 — Find Prospects
Go to the Find Prospects tab. Type a city. Click Search All Types. You get 30-100 restaurant groups instantly with phone numbers and websites.
2 — Research and Add
Click the website on each result. Find the owner name and email on their About or Contact page. Click Add, enter the info. Done.
3 — Let It Run
The AI writes a personalized email and sends it at 9am automatically. You don't touch it again. If someone replies, William gets a text immediately.

Getting Started — First Time Setup
Step 1 — Request Access
Click Request Access on the login screen. Enter your name, email, city, and state. William gets a text immediately and will approve you.
Step 2 — Get Approved
William assigns your region and sets your password. You'll receive your credentials and can log in immediately.
Step 3 — Your Region
You only see prospects in your assigned region. Focus there. Don't reach outside your region — other reps may own those markets.
The Prospect Record — Your CRM
Click View on any prospect in the list to open their full record. Everything about that prospect lives here.
Email History
See every email sent, which touch it was, and whether they opened it.
Call Log
Log every call you make. Select the outcome — Answered, Voicemail, Interested, Demo Booked. Add notes. This is your record.

Add any note about the prospect. What they said, best time to call, their concerns. This carries over every session.
